Where the Fuzzy Marmots Grow
Editorial Reviews
Diane Wright, Everest (WA) Herald, July 19, 1998
Where the Fuzzy Marmots Grow (is) an engaging new book by Jim Braman.....the writing (is) a charming blend of memoir and humor in the Patrick McManus/Russell Baker mode. The Boy Scouts....needed a feel-good' book. That it is.
Dan Walker, Looking Ahead magazine, July, 1998
The stories (the author) tells here are his reminisces about this troop that called Bremerton home....The episodes are at times funny, poignant, scary, exciting, but always entertaining. A wonderful book in the tradition of Patrick McManus and other great story-tellers of the outdoors.
