About the Author
Douglas Century is an author, screenwriter and contributor for Blender, King and The New York Times Sunday Styles section.  His work has appeared in Details, Rolling Stone, Men's Journal, New York, Vibe, Radar, Brill's Content, The Guardian newspaper and Talk.  He is the author of Street Kingdom: Five Years Inside the Franklin Avenue Posse, currently in development as a major motion picture by award-winning director Clement Virgo.  Century co-authored the New York Times bestseller Takedown: The Fall of the Last Mafia Empire, and his biography of the legendary boxing champion Barney Ross will be published in early 2006.  Born and raised in Canada, Century is a graduate of Princeton University.  He lives in New York City.
