About the Author
Dahlia Lithwick is a senior editor at Slate, and writes the "Supreme Court Dispatches," for which she won an Online Journalism Award in 2001. She graduated from Stanford Law School, and her work has appeared in The New Republic, The New York Times, and The Washington Post.
Brandt Goldstein, a graduate of Yale Law School, is currently at work on a nonfiction legal thriller to be published by Scribner. He co-founded the online legal journal Writ, and his work has appeared in The New York Times, Slate, MSNBC.com, and elsewhere.
