About the Author
Larry McKenzie was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and began inventing sports games as a youngster. The creation of two games, "Touchdown" and "Ninth Inning Rally," were published by Bantam Books. Larry is also the author of a book on Insurance with the title This is Where Your Money Should Go. Larry is also the author of a child's book, Leo the Lopsided Lion. The Definitive Book of College Football Humor is Larry's fifth book. Among his other achievements, Larry is the inventor of the board games, Checker Football, Checker Baseball, The Newspaper Games, Touchdown, 9th Inning Rally, Par 3 and Overtime, Larry also invented the game of Football Pool and Basketball Pool. James Geiger was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. James and Larry have been friends since early childhood and have been involved in various enterprises throughout their lifetime.
