Book Description
"Cursed" by Christopher Albanese is a collection of memoirs that enjoy their ability to challenge fiction with reality. Containing enough wonder, humor, horror, and erotica to lend the most cynical reader an astonished smile, these stories depict a vibrant and brutal portrait of a life based on “survival by spitting laughter at the odds” from a singularly sharp point of view. About the Author
Christopher Albanese was born in Malden, Massachusetts, in 1969. He recently relocated from Boston to Madison, Wisconsin, allegedly for the cheese and not the beer. He published his first volume in 1990, the experimental collection "Bitten in Fours," and had his book "Dominion" taught at the University of Southampton, England, in 1998. In 1995 he began recording music as Tomorrow’s Man, and still refuses to cease and desist. 2003 found Chris co-starring in the Nocturnal Editions production of Eric Bogosian’s “Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll,” marking the first time he has taken to the stage as an actor. Chris hopes that someday he will meet Brian Eno, though he would settle for coffee with God. For more information, visit www.tomorrowsman.com
