About the Author
Claud Mann is the chef behind the fun-filled, lip-smacking recipes that have appeared on Dinner & A Movie since the show debuted on TBS Superstation in 1995. He?s also been the head chef in a number of top restaurants in both the United States and Mexico, including Nicola in L.A. and the four-star Hotel Palmilla in Los Cabos. Besides cooking, Claud plays drums and percussion and sings in his wife, Perla?s, band. They live in Ojai, Calif.
