Film scholar Murray Pomerance presents a series of fascinating meditations on six films directed by the legendary Alfred Hitchcock, a master of the cinema. Murray Pomerance, professor and chair in the department of sociology at Ryerson University, is the editor of BAD: Infamy, Darkness, Evil, and Slime on Screen. He has published fiction and criticism in The Paris Review, New Directions, Film Quarterly, and the Quarterly Review of Film and Video, among other publications.
